Denver Doctor - About Our Denver Family Practice
About our Denver Family Practice
Dr. Singer is an independent physician whose practice is devoted to highly personalized care and recommendations to maximize your wellness and productivity now and in the years to come.
We Take Time For You
We take the time needed for an in-depth exploration of medical issues and questions, but that is only the beginning. In our initial visit, Dr. Singer takes time to know and understand your special problems and needs.
In our unhurried approach, it is possible to deliver better medical care and arrive at a more accurate medical diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Singer will personally sift through the details of your history. Since there are many ways to treat the same conditions, Dr. Singer will explain all the options available and then give you his recommendations for the most direct way to improve your health.
Your Time Is Valuable
We pride ourselves on promptness and thoroughness. We understand that you have other time constraints with work and family and will do everything possible to accomodate your special needs and circumstances.
Dr. Singer Will Be Your Doctor.
Because we employ no other physicians and share no call with other doctors, you can count on always seeing Dr. Singer for your medical care. When you need him after hours, he is as close as a phone call away.
Why Our Type of Care is Less Expensive in the Long Run.
We can take the time you need to provide the care and attention you deserve. Insurance companies don't dictate what care you will receive; it is determined solely by the appropriateness of care and your medical needs. We go over everything and can handle any problems that arise, in other words, one-stop shopping for all your medical care. That way nothing is left to chance. Consistently good, thoughtful and sound medical care, over time, will pay great dividends toward your good health!
General Principles of Good Medical Care
Dr. Singer can devote his time and attention to giving you the care you need and deserve without the insurance companies interference. After all, insurance companies only care about staying profitable at the expense of the patient and doctor. Dr. Singer is under no such constraints and his recommendations are based upon his expertise in what will get you well in the best, not the cheapest way.
Dr. Singer provides each patient with sincere, caring, and attentive personal care.
How We Help You Get Reimbursement
Individual coverage varies, but is paid under "out-of-network" coverage between the 50th and 80th percentile for the usual, and customary allowable charges.
Of course, deductibles must always be met for the year before your insurance company pays anything, whether your physician is a participating ("in-network") or non-participating ("out-of-network") provider. For questions about reimbursement, please check with your insurance company and ask Linda about anything you don't understand.
Your information stays here. End of discussion. No ifs, ands or buts. No one can access it, it is not online and not available to anyone except those you choose to share it with. Most other plans freely transfer information around, using HIPAA rules. Please note that if you choose to submit your claim for reimbursement to your insurance company, they will have your information in coded form and can do what they want with it, including submitting it to national registries for other insurance companies to use to deny you life, health or liability coverages in the future.
We Do Not Participate with Any Insurance Plans
Our medical services are provided on an as-needed basis, you get only what you need, when you need it. You pay for only the medical care you need, not more, not less. That is a very efficient way to deliver quality care. The middleman (insurance) is cut out of the picture and you save money in the long run.
Next time you have a choice to purchase insurance coverage, ask an adviser that you trust whether you should forego the expense of regular health insurance. Rather, you might be better off investing in a MEDICAL SAVINGS ACCOUNT (MSA) or a HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA). That way you only pay a small portion for major medical coverage and save on outpatient care by paying only for the medical care that you actually receive.
We Feel Our Way is the Best Way and Some Day It Will Be the Way All Others Will Practice Medicine Again.
